La Melatonina è un ormone naturalmente presente ne nostro organismo, ma talvolta per ragioni diverse la sua concentrazione diminuisce provocando difficolta ad addormentarsi e disturbi del sonno. Fornire al proprio organismo un'integrazione di Melatonina è una soluzione efficace per combattere insonnia.
La speciale formulazione retard garantisce un rilascio di Melatonina graduale e completo durante tutta la notte.
MODO D'USO
Si consiglia l'assunzione di 1 microtavoletta al giorno, con abbondante acqua.
L'effetto benefico per ridurre il tempo richiesto per prendere sonno si ottiene con l'assunzione, poco prima di coricarsi, di 1 mg di Melatonina. L'effetto benefico per alleviare gli effetti del jet lag si ottiene con l'assunzione, poco prima di coricarsi, di un minimo di 0,5 mg di Melatonina il primo giorno di viaggio e per alcuni giorni dopo l'arrivo a destinazione.
Avvertenze: Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini di età inferiore ai tre anni. Non superare la dose giornaliera consigliata. Gli integratori non vanno intesi come sostituti di una dieta variata ed equilibrata e di un sano stile di vita. Se ne sconsiglia l'uso in gravidanza e/o allattamento.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
